What Town Solutions is

A calendar tool. It turns the schedule you enter into dates, applies the holiday and season rules you choose, and shows, prints and exports the result. It is independent: it is not your city, village, township, county or waste hauler, and it does not know or check your town's schedule.

Your part

The dates are only as right as what you enter. Your town's own notices come first; when they change, update your calendar.
You stay responsible for your town's rules, such as parking rules, bill due dates and license deadlines. Town Solutions is a reminder, not an excuse.
Keep your private link private. Anyone who has it can change or delete the calendar.
Do not use the site to store anything unlawful, or try to break or overload it.

Prices

Free: up to 4 routines per calendar. Household Pass: $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year per calendar. While the site is in preview, payment is switched off and every Pass feature is free; nothing is charged. When billing starts, a Pass is bought through PayPal from the calendar's Pass page, renews until you cancel, and runs to the end of the period paid for after you cancel.

Keeping and deleting

You can delete your calendar at any time; if it has a Household Pass that PayPal still renews, cancel the Pass in PayPal first. A calendar that nobody opens or fetches for 400 days is deleted automatically, unless it has Household Pass time left or a Pass that still renews.

We work to keep the site running and the date rules correct, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of mistakes. Check important dates against your town's own notice.
